Be among the first 25 applicants. Manpower is seeking an interim Data & CRM Analyst to work with our global FMCG client Unilever. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 6 months at 36.25 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Location: Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. Compensation up to £42,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. The role offers a mix of remote and onsite work, subject to business requirements. This position is business critical and requires a timely application process.

The job purpose The candidate will be part of the Out of Home department and will report to the Operational Excellence and Field Lead Manager. You will manage the CRM system, handle day-to-day field sales admin tasks, analyze sales data, and identify growth opportunities and efficiencies. Your insights will influence visit planning, messaging, and field strategy, ensuring effective sales conversations and integration of digital tools with physical visits. You will foster a data-driven culture within Out of Home where insights, innovations, and digital improvements are continually considered.
Key Responsibilities
* CRM & Field Sales Admin: Manage daily maintenance and optimisation of the CRM (e.g. tagging, lead status, follow-ups); support visit planning, action tracking, and customer data updates; ensure customer and lead information is complete, clean, and actionable.
* Sales Data Analysis & Targeting: Analyse sales performance data across regions, channels, and customer types; identify top-performing locations, lapsed accounts, and white space opportunities; recommend who to visit, when, and why based on data.
* Journey Planning & Sales Strategy: Use data to prioritise account visits and actions (restock, upsell, promotional planning); help shape strategic route planning to maximise efficiency and coverage; surface actionable insights through dashboards, reports, or planning tools.
* Omnichannel Contact Strategy: Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to develop a seamless customer journey; integrate digital touchpoints (email, SMS, WhatsApp) with physical visits; ensure consistent communication across channels.
* New Business & Growth Development: Source and prioritise new leads using data (location gaps, venue type trends, seasonality); highlight high-potential existing accounts for expansion (adding SKUs, secondary sites); assist in building smart targeting lists for promotions, campaigns, and new launches.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
* At least 4 years of experience in a sales support, CRM, or commercial analyst role (ideally FMCG or foodservice).
* Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Excel/BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
* Experience analyzing sales data and translating it into clear commercial actions.
* Comfortable collaborating with field sales teams, digital marketers, and leadership.
* Understanding of omnichannel B2B customer engagement is a strong plus.
* A passion for innovation and technology.
