Purpose of the Job As a Account Executive, you’ll work closely with Account Managers to deliver high‑quality marketing and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) projects for our client(s). You’ll collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure every project runs smoothly, hits deadlines, and meets expectations. You’ll bring fresh ideas, spot smarter ways of working, and help push briefs forward with confidence. This role is perfect for someone with drive, strong communication skills, and experience in a print or marketing agency environment. You’ll build strong relationships, solve problems quickly, and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll negotiate costs and timelines, choose the right suppliers, and manage each project from brief to invoicing with accuracy and professionalism. This role operates on a blended basis between local HH Global office, client site(s) and home. Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise across Print and POSM projects from brief to delivery Take clear client briefs, manage timelines, and keep projects moving smoothly Attend briefings and status calls to stay aligned with client needs Suggest smart alternatives, innovations, and value‑adding ideas Brief suppliers and oversee production to ensure quality, accuracy, and on‑time delivery Maintain strong communication with the account team and clients throughout Manage scope changes, highlight cost impacts early, and ensure correct invoicing Track and record all activity using the required tools and processes Review completed projects to drive continuous improvement with clients and suppliers Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships and championing client success Knowledge, Skills Experience Print or Marketing experience with client-facing / focused experience - excellent interpersonal skills Hands-on, team player with a positive proactive approach with a determination to achieve excellence Can work alone and prioritize workloads A proactive, positive personality with a genuine enjoyment of client contact and teamwork Quality conscious with excellent attention to detail Microsoft Office proficient Excellent ability to process information and deliver under pressure Time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A willingness to continuously improve through self-development Essential Criteria Awareness of Print either from a procurement role or direct manufacturing Methodical approach to work volume used to multi-tasking Client-facing and comfortable hosting meetings and briefing with our own internal stakeholders Microsoft trained and proficient in Excel PowerPoint Travel to client site in London and other HH Global locations occasionally when required LI-EB1 LI-Hybrid
