The role of Service Delivery Manager will include:
1. Overseeing Responsive Repairs, ensuring they are carried out to a high standard
2. Inspecting works completed to ensure these represent value for money e.g. efficient use of materials
3. Maintaining compliance for health and safety, ensuring this is promoted and adhered to
4. Handling complaints and breakdowns in service to meet customer expectations
5. Working with colleagues to ensure work is arranged, prioritised and completed in an efficient manner
6. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the customer is our main focus.
Skills and experiences:
7. To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to ILM membership (The Institute of Leadership) and have a NVQ Level 3 in a core trade subject, currently undertaking the qualification or prepared to undertake this qualification with the support of Sanctuary Group
8. Recent experience of undertaking a similar role, preferably within a building maintenance or facilities management environment
9. Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
10. Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
11. Basic user of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (or similar)
12. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

23. £47,319 per annum (rising to £49,809 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance) pro rata
