Ascent Recruitment is pleased to support a market-leading business in Alderley Edge, looking for a Management Accountant.
Key Duties:
* Month-end close and reconciliations across multiple entities
* Balance sheet reconciliations and P&L variance analysis
* Revenue recognition, prepayments, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations
* Supporting audits, statutory accounts, and system improvements
* Producing monthly TBs, working papers, and analysis for stakeholders
* Cost recharges across entities
* Review and comparison to budget for all P&L nominals, preparing variance explanations as required
* Analytical review and monthly trend analysis
* Producing month end TBs and working papers for all entities for review and submission to commercial team and/or external stakeholders
What were looking for:
* AAT Qualified, Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA, or QBE
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
* Previous management accounts experience
* Organised, analytical, and able to work to tight deadlines
* A good communicator
