The Role
We are seeking a Contracts Administration Assistant to join our Scotland branch in Glasgow.
Responsibilities include:
* Efficient allocation of field-based joiners and plasterers to client properties, maintaining effective planning and monitoring of work schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
* Organising and motivating field-based joiners and plasterers.
* Accurate processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments in line with company terms.
* Supporting the production manager in managing financial performance of construction jobs within our ERP system, including tracking costs and labour, ordering materials, and managing stock.
* Promoting health and safety within the team, including compiling safety and planning documentation and ensuring compliance.
* Assisting with onboarding and training new team members.
* Supporting management with timely reporting of sales, production figures, and month-end processing for the regional branch.

Candidate Requirements
* Experience in preservation or construction, with knowledge of our industry.
* Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills.
* Experience with construction management, invoicing, and purchasing systems.
* Ability to handle a varied and demanding workload.
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
* Understanding of health and safety laws related to construction.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
