Role Responsibilities
As a Business Support Administrator, you'll support 7 recruitment consultants in their daily roles with onsite administrative duties.
Contracts Administration:
* Creating contracts, letters, and mail shots at the request of the Recruitment team.
* Processing queries and providing information relating to contractors.
* Updating candidate records according to contract terms, e.g., rate changes, client site changes, contract extensions.
* Creating bookings on the central database for payroll.
General Administration:
* Contributing to the general housekeeping of the work area, ensuring security and health and safety procedures are followed.
* Managing CV uploads in line with GDPR laws.
* Candidate onboarding, including verifying eligibility to work and obtaining references.
* Processing stationary requests.
* Sorting, distributing, and franking postal mail daily.
* Performing any other duties as required.
Reception Cover:
* Greeting and announcing visitors.
* Advising visitors of security arrangements.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience in an administrative role.
* Ability to work independently.
* Ability to prioritize workloads.
