Job Description As a childcare apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting children's growth and learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include expanding on children's development through interactive play both indoors and outdoors, recording observations, building strong relationships with parents, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children through effective safeguarding practices. Responsibilities Record and track children's developmental progress, ensuring accurate documentation. Attend to daily welfare requirements of children, including meals and personal care. Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns. Create and implement exciting and engaging activities to stimulate children's learning and development. Supervise children during meal times, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience. Introduce children to new experiences and support them in exploring their interests. Organise and accompany children on outings, promoting social interaction and exploration of the world around them.
