* Generate delegate sales through effective outreach and communication strategies.
* Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information.
* Identify and target prospective delegates for upcoming events.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to achieve attendance goals.
* Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.
* Handle incoming enquiries and provide detailed information about events.
* Ensure all sales activities align with the company's objectives and standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Delegate Sales Advisor should have:
* Experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably within the Media & Agency industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* An ability to work independently and meet sales targets effectively.
* A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
