Our client, a fantastic, friendly educational organisation near Cam (Gloucestershire) is looking for a Receptionist to join their supportive team in a busy and varied role.This role will be 25h per week, MondayFriday, term time only. This is a fully on site/in person role, therefore home working will not be permitted. The successful individual will be required to undertake (and pass) a DBS check- this will be arranged by the organisation.Key Duties- Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and efficiently.- Serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors.- Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.- Provide administrative support to various departments as part of the wider support team.- Ensure processes comply with regulations and policies.- Maintain accurate records of staff and student movements and attendance during off-site learning activities.- Respond to queries related to off-site activities efficiently and accurately.- Uphold confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information in line with organisational policies.- Collaborate with other administrative and support staff to meet school objectives and deadlines.Key Attributes- Previous office/admin experience.- Well organised individual.- Attention to detail and timekeeping skills.Hours:25h per week, MondayFriday (Term Time only).
