We’re on a mission to drive what’s next in retail media - We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Agency Sales Manager to join our team. You’ll take the lead in developing strong relationships with media agencies, specialists, and prospective clients, driving new business, and managing existing bookings from start to finish. This is a varied, fast-paced role involving travel across London to meet clients and agencies face-to-face, alongside virtual meetings and internal collaboration. You’ll play a key role in securing bookings, managing campaigns, and delivering results. Key Responsibilities Source and develop new leads through LinkedIn, trade press, networking, and industry events Manage and grow the sales pipeline, securing new bookings each week Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, media buyers, and advertisers Attend in-person and virtual meetings with clients, agencies, and internal teams Prepare and present media plans, proposals, forecasts, and reports Oversee bookings and ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up to date Conduct post-campaign analysis and deliver results to clients Work with the Prospect & Proposition team to identify and develop new media assets Keep up to date with industry and market news to identify fresh opportunities Collaborate closely with the Insights team to inform sales strategy Attend conferences, networking events, store visits, and brand days as required About You You’ll be a confident communicator with a proven track record in agency sales or media sales. You excel at building rapport, spotting opportunities, and driving results in a target-driven environment.
