1:1 Behaviour Support Assistant – Full-Time Location: Durham Pay: £90–£110 per day Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term We’re seeking a 1:1 Behaviour Support Assistant to support a pupil who needs consistent, individual support to manage behaviour and access learning. You’ll work closely with school staff to provide structured, calm and positive support throughout the school day. The role includes: • 1:1 behaviour and learning support • Helping pupils regulate emotions • Encouraging positive choices • Supporting learning activities • Building trust and routine Ideal for someone with behaviour support or care experience.
