We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Showroom Manager to lead our Bridgnorth showroom while supporting operations at our Wolverhampton site when required. This full-time role (7:30am–5:00pm) spans five days per week and includes working Saturdays, with a midweek day, and Sundays off. You will play a central role in driving trade growth, delivering an exceptional retail experience, and leading teams across two locations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing the trade counter at Bridgnorth, building a loyal base of trade customers and delivering knowledgeable service across tiles and ancillary products
* Ensuring stocked lines are accurate, relevant and well maintained, with close coordination between both locations
* Organising trade events and promotions, opening trade accounts and proactively seeking new business opportunities
* Liaising with the Wolverhampton team to ensure seamless service, stock continuity and efficient order fulfilment
* Leading and supporting the retail showroom experience by advising customers, supporting design choices and encouraging add-on sales
* Motivating and managing retail teams across both Bridgnorth and Wolverhampton to maintain high standards and productivity
* Supporting visual merchandising, store presentation and KPIs to monitor and improve performance
* Overseeing the sampling area to ensure tile samples are prepared, organised and readily available for retail, trade and online customers
* Maintaining a tidy, well-stocked sampling space during quieter periods without compromising customer service
