Location: Margate, Kent
Pay: £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.23 after 12 weeks
Shifts: Monday-Sunday, between 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM

We're seeking enthusiastic Waste & Recycling Assistants to join an essential public service team in Margate.
What You'll Do
* Support daily waste and recycling collections across Thanet
* Work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Operate as part of a fast‑paced, friendly team
* Follow clear instructions to ensure safe and efficient operations
What We're Looking For
* Reliable, flexible team players
* Able to get to Margate by 5:45 AM (must not rely on public transport)
* Experience working outdoors
* Comfortable with physically demanding work
* Strong communication skills and a positive work ethic
* Willingness to work early starts or late finishes when required
* Applicants must be 18+
