Strengthen a culture of continuous learning using innovative people growth tools ? Connect talent development opportunities across Centres of Excellence (CoEs) Employee Engagement & Culture ? Design and implement data-driven engagement strategies aligned to global/local insights ? Promote long-term cultural change and drive leadership accountability ? Upskill leaders on engagement drivers and embed Our Behaviours into daily practices People Analytics & Insights ? Leverage global People Analytics tools to drive informed decision-making ? Provide actionable insights to the Head of CoEs from engagement data, Top Employer feedback, and internal reports Organisational Development & Change ? Deliver impactful OD and change interventions at both team and org-wide levels ? Develop workshops, campaigns, and toolkits - or advise on external partners ? Embed sustainable change through aligned, culture-first approaches Stakeholder Collaboration ? Partner with internal leaders, HR teams, and CoE Solution Owners to ensure cohesive execution ? Act as a consultant across the full HR solution lifecycle ? Work with external agencies and consulting partners to deliver best-in-class solutions What you'll need to succeed ? Proven track record of embedding EDI strategies and delivering high-impact OD and learning programs ? Sharp data instincts, turning insights into action that drives real change ?
