Overview
The first step on the road to fitness is the decision to get started. As Membership Advisor, you will showcase our facilities to potential new members, understand what they’re looking for, what they hope to achieve, and demonstrate how Village Gym is their match made in heaven. You’ll meet potential new members by phone or in person when you give them a grand tour of the club, and you’ll help them start their fitness journey by aligning their needs with our facilities and advising on additional products and services.

Responsibilities
* Engage with potential members by phone or in person to present facilities and services.
* Assess individual member needs and match them to available facilities to help their fitness journey start strong.
* Advise on additional products and services to help members reach their fitness goals.
* Provide excellent customer service and build relationships within the club and with potential new members.
* Conduct tours of the club to showcase offerings and answer questions.

Requirements
* A natural ability to interact with all types of people, using effective selling techniques and a belief in selling through service.
* A passion for leisure, fitness and customer service.
* An ability to understand individual needs and tailor service and communication accordingly.
* A drive to achieve and exceed targets.
* A team mentality with the ability to build relationships across departments.
Compensation
* This role is offered with uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of an additional £4,800 per annum.
