About the Position
Worthing College Academy of Sport seeks a dynamic Netball Coach to coach and support the Netball Performance Programme, work closely with Academy staff to deliver a high‑quality student experience, help athletes balance sporting excellence with academic achievement, and contribute to the culture and ethos of one of the country’s top FE sports academies.
Responsibilities

Working Pattern
Monday 2‑4pm – training; Wednesday 12‑4pm – matches; Friday 2‑4pm – training.

Benefits
* Pro‑rata salary of £25,783 to £26,972 per annum (approx. £4,202.47 – £4,396.26)
* Market supplement of £23,088 per annum (≈£3,763.20); subject to the Group’s Market Supplement policy
* 8 hours per week, 32 weeks per year
* Local Government Pension Scheme – 20.4% contribution
* 25 days annual leave (increasing to 28 days with continuous service), bank holidays, college closure days, wellbeing day and option to purchase up to 5 additional days
