* 35 hours, Full time

For this service we require staff who are able and willing to drive our company cars, therefore you must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
Here at Lifeways in Scopwick we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.
Heath Farm is a residential service made up of several houses and bungalows providing support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and autistic spectrum disorders, complex needs, mental health issues and challenging behaviours in all aspects of their daily lives.
The Oaks is an activity centre where people are supported in leading fulfilling, independent lives. The centre is open to all the people we support at Heath Farm, as well as people from the local community.
