A growing global recruitment group is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of its Nottingham office. This is a key role ensuring the workplace is efficient, professional, and welcoming for staff, visitors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the Nottingham office to ensure smooth and efficient running.
* Manage facilities, office supplies, equipment, and relationships with service providers.
* Provide administrative support to directors, including meeting coordination and document preparation.
* Arrange and book travel for sales professionals across the group.
* Support diary and travel planning for senior team members on an ad hoc basis.
* Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate company meetings, events, and team activities.
* Maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and well-organised office environment.
About You:
* Some experience in an office management, administration, or operations role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
* A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving.
