We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Creative Producer with expertise in production or immersive experiences to join our team on a six-month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will manage an increased workload across our commercial and editorial projects, with the potential for an extension based on additional project work.
As a Senior Creative Producer, you will excel in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Your ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, along with your ease in collaborating with in-house creative teams and clients, is crucial. A passion for producing high-quality creative work with a holistic approach, combined with a keen eye for detail and creativity, is essential. Experience in delivering projects focused on Creative Technology is highly favourable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Extensive experience in scoping, producing, and budgeting commercial and editorial projects from small to large scale.
* Managing client accounts effectively.
* Producing high-quality creative work with a holistic approach, an eye for detail, and creativity.
* Implementing creative feedback and offering innovative solutions to project challenges.
* Designing and managing project timelines to ensure timely delivery within tight deadlines.
* Multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Overseeing end-to-end production on projects in collaboration with the Senior Production Manager and other production support when necessary.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, artists, agents, and key suppliers.
* Collaborating with the team to continuously challenge and evolve creative processes and execution.
Key Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
* Significant experience as a Senior Producer managing multidisciplinary campaigns in DOOH, immersive experiences, and digital and advertising campaigns.
* Proven expertise in client-facing roles, collaborating with agencies, clients, and partners from world-leading brands within a creative agency or production house environment.
* Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
* Highly desirable experience in CGI pipelines, VFX, virtual production, and real-time content creation.
* Proficient in budgeting and scoping large-scale projects, reconciling financials, and cost reporting.
* Established network of industry contacts, including freelance designers, producers, and artists.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects across various deadlines.
* Adept at quickly switching gears as needed.
* Capable of working independently and within a team structure.
* Skilled in contracting, negotiating, scheduling, and managing vendors and crews with an comprehensive knowledge of contractual obligations
* Solid problem-solving skills with an emphasis on critical thinking and well-informed decision-making.
