Factory Team Leader - Toomebridge - Permanent
Join a well-established production facility in Toomebridge as a Factory Team Leader. In this key role, you'll lead operational activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production while managing resources and meeting daily targets in a fast-paced environment.
About the role:
* £38,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday ( Dayshift )
* Permanent role
What you'll be doing in this role:
* Supervising all operational functions necessary to maintain full production
* Maintain strong health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the factory
* Meet daily production and capacity targets
* Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure smooth operations
* Manage costs and budgets to support financial goals
* Ensure high quality standards are consistently maintained throughout production
What you'll need for this role:
* Must have a minimum of 2 years production supervisory experience within a concrete / Manufacturing or engineering production facility.
* Must be target driven to achieve production volumes daily, whilst maintaining high quality standards both in terms of structural standards and aesthetic standards.
* Be able to demonstrate strong management and team building qualities in terms of managing labour resources and factory costs is essential.
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and transfer these into production is essential.
