Agena Group is on an exciting and ambitious growth trajectory with diversification and innovation at its heart, underpinned by strong social value and ESG credentials, and celebrated as a multiple-award winner. Yes, our roots are in car-park management, however, we're so much more - expanding into new verticals to disrupt industry norms and elevate our sector with technology-led solutions that deliver measurable business impact for our clients, as well as improve the public's everyday experience of travel and parking.
We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Marketing & Communications to lead the next stage of growth across the Agena Group and its portfolio of brands.
This is a genuine opportunity to create and shape a high-impact, growth-focused marketing function - one where you'll have the autonomy to design, test and evolve new approaches that directly influence commercial success. You'll build the foundations for scalable marketing excellence, bringing fresh ideas, data-driven decision-making, and a spirit of innovation to how the group attracts, engages, and retains clients.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for transforming marketing into a proactive, revenue-driving partner to sales and business development. You'll bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring every brand within the group has a clear position in market, strong digital presence, and measurable impact on pipeline and client retention.
