Genesys Delivery Manager
Long term Contract
We are seeking a number of highly experienced Genesys Delivery Managers to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major Genesys Cloud / Engage transformation for a global enterprise client. This is a long-term engagement within a complex, multi-vendor environment, requiring strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and technical oversight to ensure successful program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities of Genesys Delivery Manager
Delivery Leadership of Genesys Delivery Manager
* Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle of the Genesys solution — from design and build through to deployment, testing, and go-live.
* Ensure all project milestones, deliverables, and quality standards are achieved within agreed timelines and budgets.
* Oversee risk, issue, and change management processes, driving proactive mitigation and resolution.
Client & Stakeholder Management of Genesys Delivery Manager
* Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
* Maintain transparent communication and governance through structured reporting, steering committees, and progress reviews.
* Align technical delivery with the client’s strategic business goals and operational readiness.
Technical & Operational Oversight of Genesys Delivery Manager
* Provide direction across multiple delivery streams — including platform migration, integrations (CRM, IVR, WFM, Digital, AI/Chatbots), and voice/digital channels.
* Partner with solution architects and engineers to validate designs, integration patterns, and migration strategies.
* Ensure technical decisions align with Genesys best practices, security, and compliance requirements.
Team & Vendor Coordination of Genesys Delivery Manager
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including onshore/offshore resources and third-party vendors.
* Manage dependencies across internal and external workstreams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
* Support knowledge transfer and transition to BAU operations upon project completion.
Required Skills & Experience of Genesys Delivery Manager
* 8+ years of project or delivery management experience, with 5+ years in Genesys delivery (Genesys Cloud CX / Engage).
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise Genesys implementations or migrations.
* Deep understanding of contact centre ecosystems, including telephony, routing, IVR, digital channels, and WFM.
* Experience managing multi-million-pound programs with distributed technical teams.
* Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
* Working knowledge of Agile / Waterfall delivery approaches.
* Familiarity with integrations into platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, MS Teams, or similar.
* Genesys Certifications (GCP, GCX, Engage) preferred.
* PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification advantageous.
