Head of Product
Our client is one of the UK's fastest growing digital health companies, transforming how people access and manage their healthcare. Through their secure platform, they connect patients with the services they need quickly and conveniently, improving experiences, outcomes and efficiency across the healthcare journey.
As a result of continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Head of Digital Product to shape the business's product vision, lead the Digital Product team and deliver outstanding digital experiences for customers.
You'll own the roadmap for all digital health platforms, including websites, mobile apps and service portals. Leading and growing a talented product team, you'll deliver secure, user-friendly and innovative products that improve customer journeys and support business growth. A core part of the role is working closely with engineering leadership to align priorities, remove blockers and drive the performance and output of the technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and deliver the digital product strategy and roadmap across all customer and partner touchpoints.
* Lead, mentor and grow a team of product managers.
* Partner closely with engineering leads to plan sprints, set clear priorities, remove blockers and continuously improve development processes and delivery quality.
* Drive customer research, usability testing and data-driven decision making.
* Prioritise and oversee the development of new features and enhancements.
* Monitor KPIs such as adoption, retention, NPS and conversion to measure success and inform continuous improvement.
* Stay ahead of digital health trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
About You
* Proven experience in a senior digital product or product leadership role within a consumer facing e-commerce brand.
* Strong track record of delivering complex digital products end-to-end in close collaboration with engineering teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the able to bridge technical and commercial teams.
* Data driven, customer centric and commercially minded, with a passion for improving healthcare experiences.
