Your Day-to-Day
* Lead from the front: as the shift lead, mentor, coach, and inspire your team to bring their A-game.
* Be the problem-solver, motivator, and role model for the children in your care.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to craft child-centred care plans.
* Be hands-on: help with homework, outdoor activities, or provide a steady, reliable presence to support daily routines.
What we’re looking for
* Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
* Experience: Experience with children in residential care or similar settings; able to navigate challenging behaviours.
* Passion: Energy, resilience, and a can-do attitude that inspires others.
