Your personality, experience and qualifications The ideal candidate for the position for Office Receptionist and Administrator should have experience in an office administrative role, with previous reception and data-input experience being essential. Strong customer service skills are a must, with the ability to handle enquiries effectively. Excellent organisational abilities and multitasking skills are also required. You must be comfortable in a customer-facing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
