Pay & Hours
Competitive pay of £30,000 to £34,000 depending on experience; part‑time salaries are pro‑rata. Full‑time working week is 42 hours, and we are open to flexible arrangements such as 9:00 am–3:00 pm where possible.

* Someone who ensures smooth running to drive and maximise sales while minimising costs.
* A leader who can train, motivate, and manage a team with a hands‑on approach.
* A confident, enthusiastic, and ethically driven individual with a positive attitude.
* A fast‑paced worker who performs efficiently as part of a team.
* An adaptable problem‑solver.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day shop running.
* Drive growth through increased sales, controlled costs, and profit delivery.
* Achieve KPIs: wage percentage, average sale, stock, wastage, energy targets.
* Lead, train, and develop your team to high standards.
* Performance manage the team.
* Maintain high sandwich and food production standards.
* Ensure shop cleanliness, organisation, and welcoming atmosphere.
* Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
* Deliver excellent customer service.
* Recruit new team members as required.
* Receive and inspect daily deliveries.
* Manage shop stock and produce.
* Maintain shop displays.
* Possess excellent product knowledge.
* Handle cash, till operations, and banking.
* Open or close shop as required.
