Booker is creating a new Senior Business Support Analyst role on a 12-month fixed-term basis to accelerate our multi-technology transformation across Finance, Operations and Product. Acting as the bridge between business teams and Technology, you will capture requirements, translate them into system or process enhancements and steer delivery through to adoption and benefit realisation. Day-to-day, you will manage incident resolution and project commitments, meeting SLAs while ensuring initiatives land on time and within budget. Success demands hands-on experience with technology change in at least one of the target domains, a sharp analytical mindset, polished stakeholder skills, and working knowledge of Agile, ITIL, or DevOps practices. You will be responsible for Manage project development budgets. Monitor system KPIs. Support delivery of the SAP system roadmap. You will need Experience with projects involving multiple business units/user communities that involve a significant element of business change. Experience in managing change from conception and design to testing, delivery and ultimately support. Experience/exposure to software development methodology, e.g. Agile.
