iO Associates is seeking a Certified Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce for a leading global provider of risk and compliance solutions, helping organizations manage health, safety, environmental, and ESG requirements. The company offers software and consulting services to streamline compliance, improve contractor management, and enhance workplace safety, supporting over 45,000 businesses worldwide.
Key Requirements:
* Translate complex business information into structured, feasible Salesforce solutions, guiding stakeholders effectively.
* Design and document enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions with practical experience.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, create functional specifications, and troubleshoot issues.
* Proficient in data migration tools (Salesforce Data Loader, Force.com Migration Tool) and experienced in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
* Lead requirement gathering through workshops, document solutions using industry-standard models, functional designs, and user stories.
* Support Salesforce development, testing, conduct demos, UAT sessions, and drive adoption and change management.
* Serve as the primary contact for business users, providing support, troubleshooting, and escalation as needed.
* Manage data integrity and reporting by developing dashboards, validating queries, supporting data migration, and maintaining data best practices.
