What You'll Do:
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of Libertine Burger. Your main goal is to ensure every guest has an incredible experience from the moment they walk through the door. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role where you'll:
* Welcome guests with a friendly smile and create a positive, energetic atmosphere.
* Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
* Process payments and handle transactions with care.
* Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring our restaurant always looks its best.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and exceptional quality.
* Handle guest questions and feedback professionally, always striving to go above and beyond.
What We're Looking For:
No previous experience in hospitality is required We believe in investing in our people, so we provide comprehensive, on-the-job training for every new team member. The most important qualities we're looking for are:
