Main duties of the job
The post holder will be key member of the Risk and Compliance team and be responsible for engaging with staff across all levels to maintain continued compliance with local and national requirements in relation to policies and document control, standards and outcomes. The role will require the implementation of strong, systematic governance strategies to maintain policy and regulatory compliance producing performance reports outlining activity, areas for improvement and escalation.
The post holder will proactively promote the benefits of strong governance and implement strategies to enhance staff knowledge of governance, risk processes, and regulatory requirements
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, be self-motivated, have excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and have experience of working in demanding environments.
