Who we’re looking for As part of the Customer Experience team, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate, gather and collate information required for Ombudsman case requests. The Housing Ombudsman in an independent, impartial free service for social housing residents who make the final decision in disputes between residents and landlords. We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused person to support the timely and accurate preparation of investigation packs, ensuring that all submissions meet required standards and deadlines. This role focuses exclusively on the administrative and coordination elements of the Ombudsman process.
