Location: Eastham Place Burnley BB11 3DA

Hours of Work: 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 4.00pm Friday.

What you'll be doing?

Supporting the business with our exciting strategic growth plans.

While the work varies from department to department, our expectations don’t. You must be able to work smart, be well organised, be self-motivated, extremely helpful and resourceful, and able to use your initiative. You will understand that what you do is important, adds value and impacts on your department and the wider business.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will work as part of the Business Development team to support the Commercial team in promoting and selling our unique offer of a combined industrial electrical contractor and wholesale services.

You will be part of an ambitious and motivated team providing a “best in class” service to the UK’s leading manufacturers, education sector and many others.


What you'll need?

To be successful in the role, we are looking for:

* Knowledgeable and interested in business development and sales driven.
* An understanding or passion to learn about business.
* Ability to work well within a team.
* Able to maintain a commercial focus.
* Communication skills including report writing, presenting and ability to build relationships.
* Self-motivated and self-disciplined – able to work unsupervised.
* An ambition to earn commission and thrive at hitting targets.
