e are looking for a friendly and professional HR Advisor to join our team.
The HR Advisor will take on the sole responsibility for the delivery of a full range of human resource services within the Charity, detailed but not limited to:
· Policies & Procedures
· HR Payroll System
· Administration
· Resourcing
· Performance Management/Career Development
· Employee Relations
· Employee Engagement
· Pay & Benefits
· Reporting
· Training
· Developing the cloud-based HR platform

Salary & Hours
:
£15,000 per annum based on a 15hr week. Hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.
