JOB AD:
This role is for a graphics algorithm technical leader with a strong background in Graphic algorithm, deep understanding of the whole industry pipeline: game, game engine (rendering), Graphic API(Vulkan/Metal/DirectX), and GPU hardware pipeline. Deep insight in the forefront academic.
The successful candidate will propose new ideas and develop new algorithms for real-time rendering applications, especially for 3D games. You should have a strong understanding of graphics algorithms used in game engines (Unreal, Unity), e.g., deferred shading/lighting, physics based rendering, shadow algorithms, anti-aliasing algorithms, global illumination (ray tracing/path tracing), Neural rendering, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate the game industry and mobile GPU industry trend, agilely insight the common points of these two domains in future. Communicate with Headquarter to learn their requirements and customer pain points. Then propose innovative, viable, new idea and develop new graphics/rendering algorithms for mobile GPU.
Write the project proposition, and advertise your proposition with the panel of the review committee.
Technical lead the graphic/rendering algorithm team. Assign development task to team members, monitor their progress and quality, mentor them in technical, help them to solve crucial problems.
