As a senior ESaaS Oracle Functional Consultant for Cloud SCM (Supply Chain Management) and SDM (Solution Delivery Management) is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle SCM Cloud modules. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and deliver tailored Oracle solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership :
* Lead Oracle Cloud SCM implementations across modules like Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, and Costing.
* Conduct requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
Solution Delivery Management (SDM) :
* Own delivery of Oracle SCM solutions from design to deployment.
* Manage stakeholder expectations, project timelines, and resource coordination.
Configuration & Testing :
* Configure Oracle SCM modules based on business requirements.
* Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles.
Support & Optimization :
* Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
* Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with Oracle support when needed.
Documentation & Training :
* Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
* Conduct training sessions for end-users and client teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Oracle Expertise :
* 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM (EBS and/or Cloud).
* Hands-on experience with at least 3 Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
* Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and integration points.
Project Experience :
* Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.
* Experience in SDM roles managing delivery and client engagement.
Technical Skills :
* Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle reporting tools, and data migration.
* Familiarity with Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies.
Soft Skills :
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
Preferred Qualifications
* Oracle Cloud SCM Certification.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
* Experience with Agile project delivery and tools like JIRA.
