Estimator | £75,000 | Kent | Main Contractor (Social Housing) | Permanent
This is one of those roles where stability, reliability and certainty trump the glitz and the
glamour.
We are talking long-term, repeat work – planned maintenance, social housing refurb, decarbonisation programmes. Framework-led, fully funded, deliverable projects.
This business is an industry stalwart in the field – selective with the work they go after which causes less headaches down the road and guarantees continuity of work.
The role is pretty straightforward for a seasoned Estimator:
* Pricing planned works and refurb programmes
* Working closely with ops teams – not just passing work over
* Building commercially viable submissions
We aren’t looking for a maverick figure. We need a solid Estimator who understands the nuances of this type of work and how it runs.
