Job Description
We are looking for a retail management professional to join our team. In this role, you will demonstrate your ability to drive sales and improve store performance by meeting key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate retail colleagues to achieve sales targets.
2. Train staff to the highest standards and take corrective actions when necessary.
3. Manage change effectively and meet business targets.
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum of 18 months experience in a high-pressure, customer-focused retail role.
* Proven track record of achieving results and meeting targets.
* Excellent communication skills and a coaching management style.
* Passion for sales and a positive, proactive attitude.
* Self-motivated with a strong profit motive and experience in managing significant retail operations.
