About The Role

Job Summary: To support the commercial operations engineers with the administration of the quotation element for BRUSH Switchgear.

This is a part-time, fixed term contract role.


Key Responsibilities

* Receive enquiry and tender justification forms for sales team.
* Communicate with customer anticipated timelines.
* Maintain quotation records and KPI’s and circulate to the business.
* To utilise Customer Sales Forecast (CSF) as required during the course of executing the defined responsibilities
* Collate required documents for pre-qualifications working closely with the relevant departments.
* Complete customer questionnaires and submit documents to achieve supplier approval

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience & Skills

Qualifications: No formal qualifications required.

Skills:

* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Pleasant telephone manner
* Good communication skills
* Good English grammar
* Computer literate
* Good command of Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel

Experience: Experience in working in an engineering or manufacturing company would be beneficial.
