Join a dynamic Finance team supporting high-performing colleagues in a UK based businessThis is a front-line opportunity to make a real impact on working capital management, debt recovery, and revenue optimisation. You'll work closely with the Credit Manager and collaborate across departments to deliver strategic credit control solutionsKey Responsibilities
Build and maintain key client relationships to support timely recovery
Lead regular reviews and proactive chasing of outstanding debts
Deliver detailed debtor analysis and ensure SLA compliance
Work with stakeholders resolve issues and develop recovery strategies
Support reconciliations and ad hoc financial reporting
Escalate problem debts in line with policy and drive resolution
Hit monthly cash collection and ageing targets
Champion best practices using finance systems
Facilitate internal meetings to align on working capital strategy
Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and policies
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 2 years' experience in credit control within professional services (insurance or legal is a MUST)
Strong commercial collections background and financial controls knowledge
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture
Self-starter with a flexible, positive attitude
Collaborative team player with a growth mindset
