Company Secretary – London On behalf of our client, a leading professional services firm, we are seeking an experienced Company Secretarial professional to join its growing team. You'll be responsible for supporting a diverse UK client base – from private companies to listed PLCs – within a collaborative and supportive environment offering excellent scope for development.Key Responsibilities:You will manage statutory compliance, company lifecycle events and governance processes across a varied portfolio. Duties include preparing and filing statutory documents, maintaining company registers, drafting resolutions and ensuring adherence to best practices. The role also involves mentoring junior colleagues, liaising with clients and regulatory bodies and contributing to business development initiatives.Key Skills:Applicants should have at least three years' UK company secretarial experience; solid knowledge of the Companies Act and confidence working with listed entities. Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Diligent Entities and Microsoft Office. CGIUKI qualification (or working toward it) is advantageous. Listed plc experience is useful but not essential.
