About the role
Job Purpose
Working within the Marketing team supporting our international eClinical business, as Digital Marketing Executive you'll support the delivery and execution of Perceptive eClinical's digital marketing programmes across campaigns, content, events and analytics.
Offering a fantastic opportunity to build broad digital marketing skills, working in a hybrid capacity the role will support campaign delivery, website and content performance, marketing systems and reporting, whilst collaborating closely with internal teams to improve awareness, engagement and pipeline contribution.
An enthusiastic self-starter, you'll be adaptable and able to demonstrate agility in approach and reserves of tenacity and drive as we seek to accelerate the adoption of our highly innovative eClinical technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution & Lead Generation
* Support the setup, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across email (including personalized and ABM nurture campaigns), website, webinars and paid / organic channels
* Build and maintain campaign assets including landing pages, email templates and forms using marketing automation tools
* Assist with webinar and virtual event delivery, including registrations, reminders, follow‑up communications, reporting and lead scoring and prioritization.
Content & Website Support
* Support creation and publishing of marketing content including blog posts, web pages, email copy and social posts
* Coordinate updates to website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with SEO best practices
* Assist with content repurposing across channels (e.g. webinars → blogs → email nurtures → sales enablement)
* Assist with optimization of the website to ensure we're improving lead conversions through the site and keeping pace with the competitive market.
Marketing Operations & Systems
* Maintain high‑quality data in CRM and marketing automation systems
* Support list segmentation, MQL criteria management and basic automation workflows
* Ensure GDPR‑compliant handling of contact data and marketing communications
Reporting & Performance Insights
* Track and report on key marketing metrics such as email performance, campaign engagement, website traffic and lead generation
* Maintain regular dashboards to support Marketing and Commercial reporting
* Identify trends and opportunities for optimisation across campaigns and channels
Collaboration & Internal Support
* Work closely with the Commercial, Operational and strategic teams, Business Development and Product teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives
* Support coordination of events, conferences and industry activities
* Act as a point of contact for day‑to‑day marketing requests and activities
Functional Competencies (Technical knowledge/Skills)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Data driven and analytical, and result oriented mindset
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Demonstrable interest in digital marketing, B2B marketing and/or the life sciences industry
* Comfortable working with data, systems and performance metrics
* Proactive, curious and willing to learn new tools and skills
* Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo)
* Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing or paid digital campaigns
* Experience working in a B2B, technology or regulated industry environment preferred
Experience, Education and Certifications
* Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience), in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences or a related field
* Minimum 1 years' experience in a marketing, digital, communications or campaign support role with experience of working with external partners (e.g., communications, design agencies, etc.)
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
* Comfortable using the Adobe suite of tools
* English: Fluent
