This Senior Marketing Executive opportunity is positioned in a leading legal services firm and will play a pivotal role, reporting into the Marketing Manager, focused on elevating the market position of the legal teams globally.
The focus of this role will be to craft and execute strategic marketing programs, whilst collaborate closely with partners and BD&M colleagues across all locations, leveraging a diverse range of marketing tactics to achieve practice group, office, and firm-wide objectives.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Alignment: Deeply understand the unique objectives of each office and their respective practice groups, ensuring all marketing initiatives are strategically aligned.
* Integrated Marketing Programs: Develop and implement cohesive marketing activities that seamlessly integrate with business development plans, fostering a unified approach.
* Legal Directory Excellence: Oversee and enhance our global legal directory relationships, ensuring consistent best practices across the firm.
* Thought Leadership & Profile Raising: Partner with lawyers to develop compelling thought leadership content and execute profile-raising activities.
* Internal Communications: Prepare and disseminate clear and effective internal communications to keep stakeholders informed.
* Corporate Associations & Sponsorships: Manage and optimize corporate association memberships and sponsorship activities for each office.
* Brand Management: Develop and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, branded materials, assets, and merchandise.
* Digital Content Collaboration: Work closely with our Digital & Creative Services team to produce engaging and impactful digital content.
* Client Event Management: Plan and execute comprehensive communication and marketing activities surrounding our client events program.
* Global Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with peers in other jurisdictions to ensure seamless coordination, collaboration, and continuous improvement in marketing practices.
* Budget Management: Ensure all campaigns and activities are delivered within budget.
* Project Collaboration: Contribute to key BD&M team projects, leveraging your expertise and insights.
The successful candidate for this role will have proven Marketing experience within a legal and/or professional services environment.
