Cammach are currently recruiting a Department Administrator (fully office based) for our client in Leicester. The role will be on a contract basis, for a duration of 6-months. RESPONSIBILITIES Train in all functions of the service admin team; goods receipt, booking in and out of the calibration lab, and arranging external calibrations and repairs on behalf of customers. Collaborate with the workshop and calibration lab technicians and supervisors and the service technical team. Correspond with internal and external customers, including customer service and sales representatives and production staff. Adhere to ISO17025 and ISO9001 Accredited procedures. REQUIRENMENTS Have strong computer literacy skills such as Microsoft Excel and experience of working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge and experience preferred but not essential) Be able to plan and manage daily/weekly tasks efficiently. Have a continuous improvement mindset to improve processes and products. Be determined and motivated to drive great outcomes for customers. Have a positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Have a basic understanding of pressure and electrical instrumentation (preferred)
