Responsibilities
* Line manage, supervise, support and coordinate the administrative support team within the Directorate of Medical Education.
* Provide comprehensive, high‑quality and professional administrative support to the Directorate, ensuring smooth running of the medical education service.
* Organise events, create timetables, and provide guidance to learners and educators, and manage all related administrative processes that support Medical Education within NHS Tayside.
* Comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
Hours of work: 36 hours per week. Interview date: 9th July 2026.
