About the role This role requires an experienced, commercially minded Head of Professional Services to design and execute a scalable services organization that delivers measurable customer outcomes. This leader is accountable for overall service delivery quality, measuring and delivering on customer objectives, project profitability (P&L), resource capacity planning, product strategy, operational KPIs and go-to-market enablement for implementations, integrations and transformation engagements. Ideal candidates combine expertise in transformation and consulting, ideally with Sage or similar systems with a proven record of building and coaching cross-functional teams, optimising delivery processes, and partnering closely with Sales and Product to drive expansion and retention. Being a champion for ITAS’ core values is a vital and central expectation: Impact, Integrity and Innovation Key Responsibilities Delivery Strategy Own the overall delivery strategy, ensuring the function is structured, resourced and operating in a way that supports the company's growth and client commitments. Be accountable for the quality, timeliness and resourcing of all client deliverables, setting the standard for what good delivery looks like at itas. Review and sign off on feasibility assessments for all new proposals before commitments are made to clients. Ensure all projects are delivered against agreed client objectives and success metrics. Establish and manage delivery governance, including document sign-offs, project gateways and change control. Define and continuously improve the delivery methodology, ensuring it is scalable, repeatable and fit for the complexity of work itas delivers. Maintain visibility of all active projects, proactively flagging risks, dependencies and blockers to the MD and relevant stakeholders. Evaluate, manage and develop the delivery team, including capacity planning, skills development and performance management. Collaborate with CS to ensure smooth and well-documented transition from project delivery into ongoing account management. Gather and act on post-project feedback to drive continuous improvement across people, process and tooling. Report on delivery KPIs including project margins, utilisation rates, on-time delivery and client satisfaction scores. Product Stack & Technology Strategy Own the strategy around product and technology selection, including developing our AI strategy, ensuring the solutions itas recommends and delivers are fit for purpose, commercially viable and aligned to client needs. Maintain a current and informed view of the product landscape, evaluating new and existing solutions against the evolving needs of itas clients and the market. Work with the MD and Sales to ensure the product stack supports profitable growth and that itas is positioned to deliver confidently against what it sells. Define and own the criteria by which new products or partnerships are assessed, ensuring any additions to the stack are deliverable, supportable and strategically sound. Act as the internal authority on product capability, providing guidance to Sales, CS and Delivery on what can be delivered, to what standard and under what conditions. Ensure the delivery team has the skills, accreditations and tooling required to support the current and future product stack. Monitor vendor and partner relationships relevant to the product stack, flagging risks, changes or opportunities that could impact delivery or commercial performance Essential Skills & Knowledge Strategic thinking. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve high quality service delivery and operational excellence. Understanding the technical side of Sage and the services provided by ITAS and possessing the ability to make informed and timely decisions. Able to conduct market analysis and identify market trends and customer needs to make effective decisions on both Strategic and Tactical levels. Expert and comfortable with data analysis to measure the effectiveness of services and products. Risk Awareness. Able to identify and mitigate risks associated with professional services projects. User Experience Design knowledge and experience in how to apply to develop delivery strategies. Agile Methodologies expertise. Technical Road mapping.
