JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+
LOCATION: Surrey
SALARY: £45,000+ (DOE)
THE ROLE:
This trusted firm is seeking an experienced and proactive solicitor to join its growing private client team. You will manage and grow a portfolio of individuals, providing expert legal advice on a wide range of matters, but focusing on estate planning, trusts, tax planning, succession planning, wills, and probate. In this role, you will handle the administration of estates, supervising on drafting complex wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
THE CANDIDATE:
A successful candidate will have at least 4 years of PQE, with proven experience within a private client team. The successful legal professional will demonstrate excellent organisation, time-management, and an ability to handle a busy case load. A client focused approach, with strong interpersonal skills, and a track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships are required, as well as a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in relation to private client matters.
