Responsibilities of a Door Engineer
Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll take ownership of the maintenance, servicing, and repair of swing and sliding automatic entrance systems within a local postcode area. You'll work daily with high-quality equipment manufactured in-house, manage your own workload, complete all required documentation accurately, and attend regular training to keep your technical knowledge up to date. Delivering excellent customer service and contributing positively to the wider team will be key to maintaining the company's strong reputation.
Requirements
EN16005 knowledge or certification
Proven hands-on experience with swing and sliding entrance systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Background in electrical, welding, or hydraulics work
