Chef de Partie - Southampton - Work-Life Balance Role - £13.73 per hour
Are you an experienced Chef de Partie looking for a better work/life balance? We're recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a busy contract catering unit located just 7 miles from central Southampton. This is a high-volume site using fresh ingredients, and you'll be working for one of the industry's leading contract catering companies.
Key Information:
Salary: £13.73 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days
Shifts: Mixture of early and late shifts, with finishes no later than 7:00pm
Weekends: 1 in 4 weekends
Location: Near Southampton
Contract: Permanent
DBS: Role subject to enhanced DBS check

Producing dishes to meet required standards
Ensuring food safety, health, and hygiene compliance
Supporting the development and training of other chefs
To Be Successful, You'll Need:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
Experience in a similar role or establishment
NVQ Level 1, 2, and 3 or equivalent qualifications
Passion for food and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Willingness to contribute to the ongoing success of the operation
