Duties
* Craft and implement result-focused digital marketing strategies that accelerate web traffic, increase conversions, and optimise average order value.
* Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies across various channels, including paid social media, Klaviyo email marketing, SEO, and PPC, to boost brand visibility and drive sales.
* Monitor and analyse marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximise ROI.
* Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling and visually stunning content that aligns with our brand identity.
* Manage and engage with our online community, building authentic connections with our loyal customers.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities to keep the brand at the forefront of the fashion world.
Skills Required
* Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
* A true passion for fashion and a keen eye for spotting industry trends that resonate with our audience
* Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional leadership and communication skills,
* inspiring and guiding the team towards excellence
* Deep technical knowledge of SEO, social media, Klaviyo email marketing, and other digital tools to optimise performance
* Excellent communication skills to convey our brand message and engage with our audience effectively.
* A creative flair and the ability to think outside the box, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
