Vehicle Technician Location: Ashford Salary: £36,831 Basic Bonus, OTE £40,000 Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday Friday, No Weekends We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join a busy dealership in Ashford. Vehicle Technician Company Benefits £36,831 basic salary with OTE of £40,000 Monday to Friday working no weekends 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service) Company pension scheme Life assurance and tool insurance Discounts on vehicle purchases, servicing and parts Employee wellbeing programme and lifestyle discounts Manufacturer accreditation training, including EV & Hybrid Clear career progression and ongoing technical development Vehicle Technician Role Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, warranty work and repairs to manufacturer standards Complete routine maintenance including oil services, cambelt replacements and general mechanical repairs Conduct electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHCs) and complete accurate digital job cards Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship Collaborate with the workshop team to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction Vehicle Technician Requirements Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent) Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Service Technician Experience with servicing, diagnostics and repair work MOT Licence advantageous but not essential Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Full UK Driving Licence Please note all applications will be handled confidentially.
